While we can’t guarantee the assignment of a specific Sheikh or guide to a particular package, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences based on the number of registrations.
We approach this as a group pilgrimage. Should your preferred Sheikh or guide not be available, other qualified Scholars and Guides will step in to guide and care for you.
For flight dates, select the period when you plan to take time off for Hajj. For the flight number, simply use "NA" if you don’t have specific information yet.
Departure is expected as early as May 25, 2025, with the return date potentially as late as July 1, 2025.

Absolutely! Our experienced guides will accompany you every step of the way,
Rawaf Mina is rated as one of Saudi Arabia’s top three Hajj providers. Thousands of pilgrims embarked on Hajj journeys with them over the years.
You’ll need to provide a scan of your passport and a personal photo. If you’re a resident, proof of residency is also required. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the expected date of travel (around May 25, 2025).
You can join us if you are a citizen or resident of one of the countries listed on the official Ministry of Hajj portal.
Our comprehensive training resources, including pre-Hajj webinars and on-site guidance, will ensure that you fully understand the rituals and how to make the most of your spiritual journey.
You’ll receive a detailed packing list, along with a guide to the essentials needed for a comfortable pilgrimage. We’ll also offer packing tips and advice to help you prepare efficiently.
Although the Ministry of Hajj hasn’t announced a strict deadline, we recommend registering and uploading your documents as soon as possible to secure your place.
Hajj 2025 is open to anyone aged 12 and older.
